GA Conference 2011 - follow-up post 2 - the BACKCHANNEL

It's always good to catch up on the feedback from delegates to the conference...

As always, there were plenty who said that this is quite simply the best value teacher CPD there is... not just for the delegates but also for schools. What's better than your staff spending their Saturday improving their practice ??
The conference hashtag #gaconf11 was busier than in previous years, although it would be good to see it prominently in more presentations
If you're quick, you can still browse through the appropriate tweets using a Twitter client.

Blog posts are also starting to emerge...

Anne Greaves has been quicker than ever this year, and the GA WEBSITE already has a useful guide to the feedback that has been received so far... Watch out for the conference materials coming soon !

Marc Faulder's ENABLING ENVIRONMENTS blog has a nice report on the experience of visiting

Also Amanda O'Dell ( @mandared ) has a nice post:

ENJOYING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Here are a few more quotes from the Twitter back-channel...
