Do you pomodoro ?

Followed one of those circuitous links today which is often started by a tweet.
It was from one of the FOOD bloggers that I follow, who has very interesting links related to local foods etc. This led through to some strategies for encouraging writing and productivity, and that led me to the POMODORO technique...
I now have the free app on my iPhone and will give it a go some time...

The idea is that you work for 25 minutes solid then have a 5 minute break.
You do that 4 times and then take a longer break...

Does anyone use this technique ?
Any other thoughts on being more productive (apart from spending less time blogging...) ?
